Renovation Electrical — Stage by Stage

Pre-Build Consultation

We review your plans, identify circuit requirements, switchboard capacity and any compliance considerations before work begins. Early engagement avoids costly changes during the build.
Rough-In Stage

Once walls are open, we run conduit and cables, install back-boxes for all power points, switches and light fittings, and rough-in any new circuits required by the design.
Fit-Off Stage

After plastering and painting, we return to install all switches, outlets, light fittings and appliances. We coordinate this stage to align with your builder's final schedule.
Test, Certify & Sign Off

We test all circuits, confirm RCD and safety switch protection, issue a certificate of compliance, and provide a full handover for your project records.
